My sister and I recently did a girls weekend and we were very pleased with our accommodations. The “Grotto Suite” easily exceeded all of our expectations for safety, comfort, and cleanliness. The loft is ideally located in the center of town near shopping destinations and eateries. Our gracious host added several personal niceties and she checked on us periodically to be sure that we had all that we needed to enjoy our stay. We hope to visit again soon!!! -Jamilyn
The loft was BEYOND expectations. All the small touches made us feel welcome and at home. Thank you for the sweet welcome note and goodies! We went to Synergy yesterday and that place is my herbal jam. Ha. Loved Calf Killer, Coffee Collective and the Tavern ...and the people were so genuine and kind everywhere we went. I am so, so thankful for my stay here. The weather was terrible and I needed a place to stay close to the hospital so that I could be back to work in the morning. Amy was quick to respond and extremely helpful in making sure I found it okay and had everything I needed. The space is gorgeous!! It’s inviting, has everything you would need, and is extremely clean. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone! -Rikki
This adorable loft is well worth the booking. It’s on the quaint town square and is modernly elegant. It boasts all the amenities one could need and is impeccably clean. Working with Amy was amazing as she was quick to respond and extremely friendly. I’d recommend this loft to anyone looking to escape for a romantic weekend or business trip. It’s top notch! -Jennifer

Great place to stay. Close to the Happy trails brewery and a running trail. Great amenities added such as snacks in the loft and a coffee from the downstairs business. Will stay again. -Jerry
I’m hesitant to give such a great review, because I don’t want everyone to fall in love with it like we did! The loft was very spacious and clean. The building is full of character. From the exposed bricks to the hardwood flooring, you feel like you’re taken back in time. There are so many things that they’ve done right in curating this little slice of heaven. You can tell that everything has been decorated or placed with intentionality. The mugs from the Fragrant Mushroom, the guidebooks for exploring, and the soap from the apothecary downstairs makes it homey! The location is perfect for walking around the town or to the local brewery across the street. They even had a book full of suggestions of local things to do. We can’t recommend staying here enough. It was the perfect getaway for us and we look forward to coming back! -Jeremy
This place has such a beautiful aesthetic. It’s in a great location. You can walk to get dinner and go to there local shops! It was well worth it and we will be coming back again. Highly recommend this place! -Mikaela
Everything was absolutely perfect. From the minute we walked in to the time we left we enjoyed the Caney Suite to the fullest. The record player was a great touch. It felt clean and well taken care of. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The little shops right outside the loft and within walking distance was great after our long drive. It's a quiet little town but beautiful. Close to many natural water attractions. Can't wait to come again. Thank you! -Jessica
This place is great in every way! Location, size, cleanliness, furnishings, parking...all are great. My wife described the loft as "perfect", and my daughter added that it is "better than perfect". The host,Amy, is super. Jeremy & Amy have every detail covered. Local dining was very good. The coffee shop downstairs has very good breakfast (and there is a pizzeria coming next door). The Tavern restaurant across the street is excellent. CH Donut is a short car ride and is awesome. Plus, go visit the super nice people at the White County Heritage Museum. I honestly never knew that Sparta was such a happening place. Great trip! -Mike
This an amazing loft! Wife and I were beyond thrilled. Loft was perfect, very clean, and had everything we needed. Short walk for tavern, brewery, and coffee shop literally next door! Amazing response and assistance from hosts (I see you, Amy!) who added special touches for Valentines Day. Wow. Just wow. Stay here! -Jack
An awesome trendy space close to tons of local hiking. Loved the record player, vintage bikes, and exposed brick wall. The place was spotless and had very up-to-date amenities. Keypad entry was super easy and is close to tons of local shops and a brewery. Would highly recommend staying if in or around sparta, or looking for a great base camp for day trips. -Max
